Refund and Returns Policy
At Heritage Fade, we stand by the quality of our denim and apparel. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all Heritage Fade tags still attached.

Free from any signs of wear, perfume, or washing.
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
-
Personal care items
-
Items purchased during a Final Sale or Clearance event.
2. Returns Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at info@heritagefade.com before sending your item back to ensure it is sent to the correct facility.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items bought on sale are non-refundable.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@heritagefade.com.
5. Exchanges (Sizing & Defects)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same product, send us an email at info@heritagefade.com and we will provide the return instructions.
6. Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For international or expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
